During the onboarding process for the TT Subscription service, consumers need to understand and sign two packs.
During the onboarding process, users are asked to indicate their service preferences and provide basic personal information through an onboarding form. The Terms and Conditions are provided for users to read and agree to before submitting the form. To ensure security and prevent fraud, users are required to submit a photo ID for verification purposes.

The onboarding form includes sections for users to specify their interests in particular events and select optional services they wish to opt into and receive. Users are then requested to provide an E-signature, indicating that the form is being filled out by the intended user.

Once the onboarding process is complete, TT will set up the user's account according to their selected service and preferences. Once you join the TT community, our team will always be on hand to help with any issues you encounter while using the platform, as well as to provide the latest advice on live events
